The director of litigation for Uber Technologies, Randall Haimovici handles all aspects of high-profile business cases on behalf of the company. This includes unfair competition cases, complex contract disputes, and consumer class actions. In addition to this, he counsels business units and functional teams about product liability and changing regulations affecting their operations, and advises the company on matters involving service fees in New York City. Randall Haimovici also implements outside counsel guidelines and manages all sizes of outside counsel teams.

Beyond getting support from outside sources, Mr. Haimovici relies on the support of an in-house team of lawyers and other legal professionals to handle carrying cases. This litigation team consists of diverse lawyers that Mr. Haimovici is responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring. He provides director encouragement to 15 team members and sets the standards for the legal department when it comes to client service and professionalism.

Mr. Haimovici joined Uber from the role of partner at Shook, Hardy & Bacon. Before that, he was an associate at Sedgwick, Detert, Moran & Arnold. He accepted this role after graduating from Syracuse University College of Law with his juris doctorate.
